Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Launches Five New Executive Education Courses

Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Executive Education is launching five new open-enrollment courses that teach professionals and entrepreneurs how to adapt and evolve in the changing business world.

Executive Education is launching five new courses starting in Spring 2024.

The Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, a leader in innovative business education, is launching five new open enrollment Executive Education courses starting in Spring 2024. The AI for Business, Corporate Innovation and Intrapreneurship, Emerging Tech Strategy and Leadership, Entrepreneurship for Non-Venture-Backed Startups, and Women in Entrepreneurship are three-day courses designed to prepare business professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs for the changing business landscape. Each course is offered in on-campus, virtual, and hybrid formats.   

“There is a lot of disruption in multiple industries right now,” said Coogan Perrin, director of Executive Education client relations at the Scheller College of Business. “These new Executive Education courses will help professionals develop their business acumen and drive success for their organization or business. I can’t wait to see these classes in action.”  

World-renowned Scheller faculty will teach AI for Business, Corporate Innovation and Intrapreneurship, Emerging Tech Strategy and Leadership, and Entrepreneurship for Non-Venture-Backed Startups courses. Women in Entrepreneurship is taught by Melissa Heffner and Sara Martin Henderson, program directors for Georgia Tech’s VentureLab.   

The accelerated courses each address the specific challenges and opportunities professionals face when creating a new product, adapting to the technological advances in the modern business world, or launching a business. The curriculum in each course includes the latest tools, insights, and methods, and students will gain the skills needed for career growth and reaching their entrepreneurial goals. They’ll join a robust, supportive community where they can expand their network amid a variety of industries and functions.   

“These five new courses leverage our College’s core strengths and expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, and technology,” said Jonathan Clarke, interim dean of the College. “Our faculty will bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience into their classrooms. They’re ready to pass on their expertise to help further the education and careers of their Executive Education students.”  

Sessions for the Spring 2024 cohort are April 23, 24, and 25. Sessions for the Fall 2024 cohort are September 17, 18, and 19. Registration is now open.
