Alumni International Residency Details

The total estimated cost for the trip is anticipated to range between $3,000 and $4,500 for 40 participants. Your deposit is included in the total price. This total includes deposit, accommodations, academic and cultural components, facilities, meals listed, and cultural events seen in the itinerary.

There will be additional fees for any optional cultural events if you decide to sign up for any. Our travel partners will open their site and post the cost in the coming months.

The additional fee for a spouse/partner is $2,500 - 3,500. This includes single room upgrade, accommodations for the entire trip, transportation, cultural events, welcome and farewell dinner. The Spouse/Guest rate will include the single room upgrade fee.
The additional fee for a single room is $1,130 - 2,400. This fee is for those that would like their own room and no roommate.
If you would like to upgrade your room higher than a single occupancy room, you will have to arrange this upon arrival during check in.

The final payment will be due no later than April 15, 2024. If you are interested in early arrival or staying late, you will be able to work with our travel partners on those accommodations and fees at a later date.

Flights are not included in the price/fee for the trip. Attendees will book their own individual flight. The proposed trip itinerary is copied below for reference.
