Professor Sridhar earned her doctorate from Columbia Business School in May 2023. Previously, she received a Masters in Mathematics from New York University, and a B.A. in Economics and Applied Mathematics from University of California, Berkeley. She has worked as a research assistant and a dissertation fellow at the Federal Reserve Board.

Sharada Sridhar is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business. Her research interests lie in household and health finance. In particular, she studies the impact of credit and contract structure on the income, consumption, and liquidity of poor borrowers. She is also interested in understanding the effect hospital funding efficiency has on indigents' access to healthcare. She teaches a core course, Financial Management, at Scheller.
