The Entrepreneurship Certificate for MBA students is offered through the Strategy and Innovation academic area. This certificate focuses on learning the skills, knowledge, and attitude required to successfully start a new venture, join an entrepreneurial initiative, or manage an entrepreneurial unit within a larger corporation.
This program explores the processes through which new businesses are created and effectively managed. Certificate curriculum options include strategic entrepreneurship, venture creation, private equity and entrepreneurial finance, and more. Opportunities for MBA students to link coursework with emerging high-tech ventures are available through the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) and the Technology Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) program.
This certificate is available to MBA students only.
