He remarked, “To maintain a top ranking for career services eight years running speaks volumes about the dedication of our team and the tailored approach we take with every student. We are committed to personalizing the career development process, ensuring that each student is well-positioned to meet their unique, individual goals.”

The Jones MBA Career Center provides career strategy, interview coaching, networking opportunities, and employer recruiting sessions. Each Full-time MBA student is paired with an advisor who acts as both a coach and a corporate relations manager, helping students refine their career paths while connecting them with a network of employers eager to recruit Scheller talent.

“The Jones MBA Career Center has been critical to my successful pivot to consulting. I initially felt lost regarding firms, conventions, and the recruitment process, especially without industry connections,” said Cadence Martin, Full-time MBA ’24 and senior associate at Strategy&. “The center has built a strong network and prepares us to leverage it through a comprehensive program of education and practice. My career advisor provided invaluable one-on-one coaching for interviews, tailored to my specific goals, and connected me with relevant alumni.”
