In this episode of The Intersection Podcast, host and MBA student Analisa Wade sits down with two Full-time MBA students, Azell Francis and Tony Holubik, to reflect on their MBA experience before graduating from the Scheller College of Business.

Azell is a dual degree Ph.D. student and will be working as a consultant at Strategy& after graduation. Tony is the former president of the Graduate Business Council (GBC) and is stepping into a position at Bain & Company.

They describe their journeys through the MBA program as transformative, discussing how they evolved personally and professionally and recounting their favorite memories and classes. One key aspect they emphasize is the importance of personal mottos that guided them during challenging times. Tony shares how his motto "Lead from the front" helped guide his actions as president of GBC, and Azell reflects on her motto, "SOAR.”

They also share advice for incoming MBA students and first-year students on opportunities such as networking, engaging in extracurricular activities, or exploring diverse learning opportunities.
