Bloomberg Businessweek Ranks Georgia Tech MBA No. 16 in the U.S.

Bloomberg Businessweek ranks the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business MBA No. 16 overall, No. 4 among public institutions in the U.S., and No. 1 in the state of Georgia.

Bloomberg Businessweek released its 2024 - 2025 Best Business School Rankings, placing the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Full-time MBA program No. 16 overall and No. 4 among public institutions in the U.S., a four-spot jump from 2023. The program also ranks No. 1 in the state of Georgia.

Manpreet Hora, senior associate dean for programs and Operations Management faculty, said, “We are delighted to see Scheller climb Businessweek’s MBA rankings. This progress reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional business education to our students. Moving up four spots in a highly competitive landscape directly reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire community.”

Scheller’s scores across Bloomberg Businessweek’s five indices—which measure compensation, learning, networking, entrepreneurship, and diversity—remained steady, a testament to the program’s drive for consistent excellence despite market uncertainties.

“This recognition by Businessweek is driven by Scheller's strong reputation with employers, emphasis on experiential education, and the relentless drive of our students,” said David Deiters, associate dean of MBA programs and the Jones MBA Career Center. “These factors, along with Scheller's absolute focus on the individual career journeys of our students, work together to create the brilliant outcomes our students enjoy.”

As one student anonymously reported to Bloomberg, the Scheller MBA provides access to, “Academically smart colleagues, supportive and noncompetitive peers, quality diverse education, the TI:GER program, and startup opportunities.”
