Tiffany Johnson, Assisant Professor, Organizational Behavior

Dr. Tiffany D. Johnson was recently featured as one of the exceptional women in the series “An Age of Empowerment" which highlights 12 women at Georgia Tech. Johnson, who is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior, applies Stigma Theory to her work in inclusivity and equity, particularly with underrepresented minorities. She looks at “what makes people feel devalued or less than valuable enough to be able to work in an organization?”

Says Johnson, Being a woman at Tech means I’m a part of history, and I’m a part of the process of Tech becoming more inclusive not only for faculty, but students as well.”
