Molly Battin – CMO, The Home Depot
Molly Battin is senior vice president and chief marketing officer at The Home Depot. In this role, she is responsible for The Home Depot’s branding, marketing strategy, personalization efforts and the company’s retail media network, Retail Media+.
Molly joined The Home Depot in 2022 and prior to joining the company has held executive leadership roles across prolific brands like, Coca-Cola, Warner Media and Delta Air Lines. During her time at Delta, she led global corporate brand strategy and brand management across the company. Her oversight included the global company’s cross-functional marketing strategy and channels.
Molly is a Fellow of the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and was named the 2018 WICT Southeast Woman of the Year. She’s currently on the advisory board for Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta, a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2018, and a member of the Agape advisory board.
Outside of work, Molly is a proud wife and mother of three children, an avid runner and a triathlete. Molly earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Tami McQueen,CMO, BIP Ventures
A builder, founder, and operator, Tami McQueen has sat on both sides of the table at hyper-growth organizations. She brings deeply rooted experience in B2B software and tech-enabled services businesses to her role as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Tami has led successful initiatives ranging from go-to-market initiatives to building process-driven, scalable, and repeatable marketing models.
Before joining BIP Ventures in 2021, Tami helped build the community for digital events at SaaStr, the world's largest community of SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs. She made her leap into entrepreneurship as co-founder of 31south, after serving as the first marketing hire at Salesloft, one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups in the U.S. At Salesloft, Tami helped to lead the company through Series A to B fundraising rounds and pioneered the Rainmaker conference.
Tami has led Global Social Strategy for Women Who Code, the largest and most active community of engineers dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. For more than a decade, she has worked with some of the most innovative brands, including ActionIQ, Agility Recovery, Boeing, Cognism, Digital Hands, ilos, Keyfactor, Major League Rugby, SaaStr, Sendoso, Tricentis, and Women Who Code. Tami earned both her M.S. and a B.S. from Murray State University, where she was a four-year NCAA D1 tennis athlete, scholarship recipient, and McNair Scholar. She is an advisor for the Atlanta Tech Village, a mentor for Techstars, a podcast host, and a speaker at SXSW, Techstars, and a moderator for SaaStr digital events.
Outside the office, Tami is an advisor to Rugby ATL and sideline reporter for Major League Rugby (MLR), the professional sports league representing the highest rugby competition in North America. She also serves on the board of the Rugby ATL.
Tenisha Griggs, Founder and CEO,37X Digital Marketing Agency

Raj Sivasubramanian, Customer Experience Leader, Airbnb, eBay, Georgia Tech Alumnus
Raj is a seasoned Customer Experience leader and CCXP with a diverse set of experiences as both a CX practitioner and a consultant. At Airbnb, Raj is focused on developing new approaches to capture and socialize the voice of the customer and to build processes that enable teams to act on customer feedback.
Prior to Airbnb, Raj was at Verint where he drove go to market strategy for CX consulting offerings and helped Verint’s clients optimize the business impact of their Voice of Customer programs. Prior to Verint, Raj was at eBay leading efforts to shift the NPS program’s focus from simply trending metrics to delivering actionable insights. Prior to eBay, Raj was a consultant advising clients on various aspects of developing customer insights capabilities. Raj is a frequent conference speaker and advisor on the topic of customer-centricity, metrics, and customer feedback.
Raj holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
