Biography
Dr. Nan Zhao received her doctoral degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and she is currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Scheller College of Business. Her research primarily lies in the areas of customer relationship management, retailing, digital marketing, and public policy.
