Bob is PMP Certified and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He energetically lectures across a spectrum of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Operations Management, Management of Technology, Global Operations, Managing Products, Service, and Technology Development, Service Operations, and Principles of Management for Engineers. Notably, Bob has curated two courses at Scheller: Managing Process Innovation and the Supply Chain Practicum.
Bob plays an important role in Executive Education as the Faculty Director for Lean Six Sigma programs. His expertise and leadership in this domain have been instrumental in shaping the professional development of executives seeking to enhance their organizations' operational efficiency and effectiveness.
He has also been actively involved in curriculum development for Georgia Tech's online programs including the Online Masters of Science in Analytics program (OMSA), where he has provided content and ongoing instruction for two business analytics courses. Furthermore, he has lent his expertise to creating and instructing a new course for the Professional Master’s in Manufacturing Leadership (PMML) program.
Beyond his academic commitments, Bob actively supports independent studies and serves as the faculty advisor for the Undergraduate Operations Management Society (UOMS) and several Greek organizations.
