Saba teaches and conducts research in areas related to human resource management and organizational behavior with a cross-cultural and international focus. She has more than ten years of experience teaching both undergraduate- and MBA-level courses in organizational behavior, human resource management, cross-cultural management, and leadership. Her research in these areas appeared in such journals as "Academy of Management Journal," "Journal of International Business Studies," "Journal of Organizational Behavior," "International Journal of Human Resource Management," "Human Resource Management Journal," "International Business Review," and "Thunderbird International Business Review." She received several recognitions for her work such as International Human Resource Management Scholarly Research Award from the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management in 2016 and Honorable Mention for the same award in 2009.
Prior to joining Scheller, Saba was on the faculty of Berry College in Rome, Georgia as a tenured Associate Professor of Management and she holds a Visiting Faculty position at Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a Human Resource Management professional at Nokia Networks focusing on selection and talent development.
Saba serves on the editorial review boards of International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of World Business, and Human Resource Management Review. She also serves as an officer on the board of Women in Academy of International Business.
