What's something on your bucket list?
The list is long. My top three would be: 1. Travel to Machu Picchu, Peru and do a night safari in the Northern Cape, South Africa. 2. Setup an education center for underprivileged children. 3. Run 5Km in under 20 minutes. I just breached the 22 minutes mark.
What actor would you cast to play yourself in a movie about yourself and why?
Christian Bale. He is the most versatile actor in my opinion. And I consider myself to be quite versatile. My life has been a journey where I have had the chance to explore different options, from being a sportsperson to an engineer to a research scientist to startups to an MBA and Corporate life.
What's your favorite place you've traveled to and why?
It has to be Chandra Taal Lake. The lake is in the Lahaul part of the Lahul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, India. Just google it and you’ll know why. My words won't do justice.
Favorite family tradition:
My entire family, including cousins, used to get together in Delhi at my grandparents' house in the first week of November.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Professionally, it was to help scale a startup from ground zero to its $200 million valuation, growing the company from three people to a 1000+ member organization. Personally, it was the help I did during the Covid second wave in India (April-June 2021). We set up a Mobile Covid Care Unit to help the rural parts of Delhi, Punjab, saving thousands of lives. We converted a sleeper bus to a covid care unit, and was equipped with doctors, OC’s, and medicines.
