The mission of the Scheller College of Business Undergraduate Career Program is for every student to have an excellent job by graduation.
Every business student is provided with 15 hours of required career coaching. Additionally, students are expected to work at least two internships before graduation. Most internships are in Atlanta, so students can live on campus and participate in campus activities while gaining work experience.

- Freshman year: Resume creation and interview skill training
- Sophomore year: Resume improvement, presentation skills and business writing training
- Junior year: 15 hour class on career development, covering all skills needed to land a job
- Senior year: Execute the full-time job search the entire last year on campus
