Congratulations on being close to graduation! While completing this form, you will complete all of the steps required to graduate. There will be several occasions, when you are asked to open a webpage in a new window to complete a step of the graduation procedures. Please make sure to open all webpages in a new window, and leave this form open.

Please allow adequate time to complete this questionnaire, which includes a few embedded steps. Once you have completed this form, you will have also completed ALL of the required graduation procedures, including the CoB requirements, the Registrar's Office application, and the GT Exit Survey.

Georgia Tech Online Application for Graduation: The Registrar's Office requires all graduates to complete the official Georgia Tech Online Application for Graduation.

Summer 2013 Degree Candidates

If you are not a summer 2013 degree candidate, please select "I am not a summer 2013 degree candidate" and scroll down the to fall 2013 degree candidate information.

The Georgia Tech Online Application will be available January 17 - February 15. A late window will be available February 16 - February 28. During the late window, a $50 fee will be charged. Failure to complete the Georgia Tech Online Application during the summer 2012 window will result in deferring graduate.

Go to http://www.registrar.gatech.edu/students/deginfo/oag.php (open in new window). Use the "How to Apply" information to complete the Online Application for Graduation. The application will be immediately followed by the official Georgia Tech exit survey. Once you have completed the Summer 2013 Online Application for Graduation, please return to complete this questionnaire.

Summer 2013 Re-Apply Degree Candidates

If you are not a summer 2013 re-apply degree candidate, please select "I am not a summer 2013 degree candidate".

If you have previously submitted a Georgia Tech Online Application for Graduation for a previous semester, you will be required to re-apply. The summer 2013 re-apply Online Application for Graduation will be available May 1 - 20. Failure to complete the Georgia Tech Online Application during the summer 2013 re-apply window will result in deferring graduate.

Fall 2013 Degree Candidates

The Georgia Tech Online Application is currently NOT available. It will most likely be available in June or July. You will recieve an email from your academic advisor when it is time to complete the Georgia Tech Online Application for Graduation for the fall 2013 semester.

If you have previously submitted a Georgia Tech Online Application for Graduation for a previous semester,you will be required to re-apply. The fall 2013 re-apply Online Application for Graduation is currently not available. Most likely the application will be available following Phase II of Fall 2013 registration. You will receive an email when the application is available.

  • Completing a certificate is optional for both BSM and BSBA students.

Management Concentrations (Bachelor of Business Administration Candidates ONLY):

  • Only BS Business Administration (BSBA) students can finish a concentration. BSM students cannot finish a concentration.
  • If you are BSBA, it is mandatory that you finish a concentration.
  • If you are currently BSM but you plan to graduate with the BSBA degree, you need to meet with your academic advisor to change your major. You are not officially a BSBA major until you have met with your academic advisor and submitted a change of major form.
  • You may use one class you used for a MGT certificate towards one MGT concentration. You can only exercise this option once.
  • Engineering and Management minor students only: You may use up to two E&M minor courses towards a MGT concentration (but not towards certificates), as long as the E&M course appears within the list of courses eligible for the concentration.

If your concentration is not accurately displayed (or not displayed at all), please use these directions to declare your concentration:

  1. Login to OSCAR
  2. Select Student Services & Financial Aid, then Student Records, then  Change Program of Study
  3. Listed on this screen will be your current major. Select the button next to your BSBA program of study, and click Select Program
  4. Choose your concentration from the drop down menu, and click Submit Changes
  5. Click Done and you will return to the mail screen displaying your current program(s) of study.
Non-MGT Certificate, Minors and International Plan:

If you are pursuing a minor, you are required to submit paperwork prior to your graduation application being evaluated.

  1. Login into DegreeWorks. Is your minor displayed in your degree information?
    • If your minor is not displayed, you need to submit a minor change/addition form.
    • In order to complete this form, you will need to meet with your minor advisor.
  2. Minor Program of Study Form
    • All students pursuing a minor are required to submit a minor program of study form. This form outlines the courses you plan to use to satisfy your minor.
    • In order to complete this form, you will need to meet with you minor advisor.
    • Please complete the minor program of study form and submit it to the CoB room 322 prior to the graduation procedures deadline.

Non-Management Certificates: If you plan to pursue one or more non-Management certificates, please include the names of those certificates here:

Internationanl Plan: Are you accepted to and planning to finish the International Plan?

If you are pursuing the International Plan, you are required to submit paperwork prior to your graudation application being evaluation.

You will need to meet with the International Plan advisor and complete the IP Degree Designation form. Submit the IP Degree Designation form to the Scheller Undergraduate Office.

  • Set up an appointment with an advisor in the International Plan office by emailing internationalplan@oie.gatech.edu.
  • Download the IP Degree Designation form and bring it to the IP meeting: http://www.internationalplan.gatech.edu /forms/
