Scheller Business Ambassadors are active leaders.
- New members are recruited at the end of fall semester, and begin the first week of spring semester.
- Leadership positions are held from May 1 through April 30. Elections are in March, after spring break.
- Members are expected to pursue a Project Manager or Vice President position as soon as possible.
- All members have a minimum number of responsibilities to volunteer for each semester.

Olivia Hawkins

- Run weekly Ambassador meetings.
- Work with the Undergraduate Programs Office to calculate the amount of events occurring per semester to calculate the number of ambassadors necessary for the year.
- Set point minimum for members each semester.
- Set new member application and interview deadlines.
- Work with VP of Marketing to advertise the application process for the Scheller Business Ambassadors.
- Manage the information on all applicants, interviews, and keeping accurate data of results.
- Organize interview night with current Ambassadors
- Maintain strong communication with all candidates during the whole process.

- Assist the VP of Membership. Prepare for full membership responsibilities if elected at next election.

- Update entire membership with Scheller Business Ambassador Bylaws and Contract.
- Work with the VP of Tour Program to deliver Tour Training
- Deliver presentations or organize guest speakers to educate members on new topics at any point during the year.

VP of Marketing & Social Media

- Work with project managers and VP of Events to advertise SBA events
- Work with the VP of membership to advertise the recruitment cycle to new SBA members.
- Ensure that all rules and regulations are followed when advertising (via flyers, classroom visits, chalking, videos, facebook etc.) SBA Events.
- Maintain SBA UG Facebook page with at least 4 posts a week. Inform current members of appropriate facebook communication and protocal.
- Ensure SBA website profiles are accurate every semester (when available)
- Create recruiting videos for the CoM

VP of Administration

- Meeting minutes and attendance.
- Collect excused absenses from members. Educate membership on what an excused absence is.
- Post minutes on the SBA webpage the evening after each meeting
- Talley ambassador points through the Event Report (work with VP of Events or Project Managers with any questions). Report points to Undergraduate Program Staff Liason.
- Maintain SBA e-mail lists
- Maintain sections of the CoMA google website
- Members - update with active and non-active membership, e-mails, years, etc.
- Meetings - update outline of the semester when topics are given to you. Create agenda before each meeting.

- Coordinate a meeting with all project managers at the beginning of each semester
- Coordinate events attendance tracking with VP of Administration
- Coordinate non-Monday tours and events that are not run by project managers (including New Member Retreat).
- Strategize new projects and new events.
- Represent project managers at Vice President meetings
- ensure all project managers have submitted event reports after each event
- ensure that VP of marketing has appropriate information and is advertising events
- Work with the Events Coordinator in the Undergraduate Programs Office to strategize events and discuss current projects. Project Managers may work directly with this staff member as well.

Run the Monday Tour Program
- Create the spring, summer and fall semester tour schedule. Manage schedule for conflicts, large tours, etc.
- Send reminders to people signed up for tours the day before about their commitment
- Train new tour guides with the VP of Education
- Conduct Tour Guide Training during one ambassador meeting
- Create one-on-one tour training between old and new Monday Tour guides
- Revise Tour information, make sure stats are updated, etc.
- Address tour guides if they are providing wrong information to CoM guests
Help plan the New Member Retreat, informative games. leadership activities, etc.
Assist the VP of Events in any matters concerning working with Project Managers, strategize new projects and events

- Coordinate a social event about once a month (3-4 per semester)
- Create SBA phone card each semester
- Coordinate event photos
- Plan logistics for possible yearly retreat that VP’s would run teamwork activities for. Logistics include space rental, tables needed, meals, etc.

Shadow Day Program

Work with Events Coordinator in UG office to set up marketing and a registration form on-line
Develop a system for registration where
- an ambassador is paired up with a registrant within 24 hours of registration
- a schedule for each registrant is sent to them within three days of registering
This is a new program that will need to be developed. Correspondence templates will need to be created and implemented. Anne-Marie will (of course) be available for guidance and help. |

Community Development

Work with the VP of Events to set the dates and budget for Coffee and Donuts by the 3rd week of every semester
Be at every Coffee and Donuts at 7:30 am to ensure breakfast is set and ready to go
Communicate with VP of Events or the UG Programs Office Liason any changes in quantities or food preferences.

Coordinate Club Rush by the 3rd week of every semester. Can set up Club Rush in the CoM Atrium, or can coordinate an on-line club rush.

Spring Awards Ceremony

Coordinate Professor of the Year elections and Undergraduate Award nominations. Work with VP of Marketing to advertise the voting process to the CoM community.
Coordinate selection committees for each award within the CoMA membership shwere no conflict of interests exhists. Oversee selection committee's process.
Set agenda for Awards Ceremony, and schedule guest speakers (in addition to all other event responsibilities for all project managers)

Coordinate the scheduling of an accapella group
Ensure Ambassadors write thank you notes, and collect thank you notes after each semifinalist event
Work with the Events Coordinator in the Undergraduate Programs Office to create groups for rotations based off of the guest list, create all supplies needed, develop new ideas.

Must be available in the summer semester. • Meet with Undergraduate Programs Office Staff during the spring and summer to: o Create appropriate icebreakers for Opening Bell o Develop a training strategy for Ambassadors helping with Opening Bell o Goal to have 100% of freshman class in attendance of Opening Bell • FASET: Refer to 3 main job functions above. Must be available in the summer semester.
