Georgia Tech’s IMPACT Speaker Series will feature Les McKeown, president and CEO of Predictable Success, on Wednesday, Jan. 30.

McKeown, who advises CEOs and senior leaders of organizations on how to achieve scalable, sustainable growth, will speak at 4:30 p.m. in LeCraw Auditorium of the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business (800 West Peachtree Street).

Free and open to the public, the IMPACT series brings notable business executives, high-tech entrepreneurs, and intellectual leaders to the College. 

As the head of Predictable Success, McKeown has amassed a proven track record of improving leadership effectiveness and organizational performance to deliver significant business growth. He continues to receive critical acclaim for his book, Predictable Success: Getting Your Organization on the Growth Track—and Keeping It There.

Prior to founding Predictable Success, McKeown established himself as a serial founder/owner, starting more than 40 companies. In addition, he was the founding partner of an incubation consulting company that advised on the creation and growth of hundreds more organizations worldwide.

McKeown delivers keynote lectures to various organizations and businesses around the world. He has presented his "Predictable Success" and "Synergist" models to Harvard University, Microsoft, United Technologies Corporation, Overture, Pella Corporation, the U.S. Army, and many more.
