Georgia
Tech’s IMPACT Speaker Series
will feature Lynn Clarke, CEO of MetroKitchen, discuss career building on
Wednesday, Feb. 20.
Clarke
will speak at 4:30 p.m. in LeCraw Auditorium of the Georgia Tech Scheller
College of Business (800 West Peachtree Street).
Free
and open to the public, the IMPACT series brings notable business executives,
high-tech entrepreneurs, and intellectual leaders to the College.
As CEO
of MetroKitchen, Clarke leads an online-only retailer of upscale kitchen
cookware, cutlery, and small kitchen appliances. Prior to starting her current
role in 2005, Clarke gained years of expertise in branding, product management,
sales, operations, manufacturing, and distribution in management roles at PepsiCo
and General Mills.
She
serves on the boards of Abarta, Kahiki Foods, and Trophikos. In the past, she
served as a board member on Wachovia Bank's Small Business Advisory Council and for
many non-profit organizations.
