The theme of this year's Women's History Month is Women's Education – Women's Empowerment. In celebration, Georgia Tech College of Management has organized special events for the students, alumni, faculty, and staff of the business school during March.
Christina Shalley, a professor of organizational behavior, served as the catalyst in planning activities focusing on women's empowerment in the College. As holder of the National Science Foundation ADVANCE professorship, Shalley works year-round to find ways to improve the climate for women at Georgia Tech and facilitate women's advancement to the highest ranks of academic leadership.
