Georgia Tech will kick off the Fall 2011 IMPACT Speaker Series on Wednesday Sept. 7 with Diana Rivenburgh, president and CEO of Strategic Imperatives, who will discuss "Creating a Culture of Sustainable Success."

Rivenburgh, who has more than 25 years of experience working with a range of organizations, including businesses, non-governmental organizations, and communities, will speak at 4:30 p.m. in LeCraw Auditorium of the College of Management (800 West Peachtree Street).

She will address strategies for moving organizations beyond a culture of compliance to one of commitment and sustainable success. She established Strategic Imperatives to help businesses, educational institutions, communities and other organizations to develop more sustainable practices.

Free and open to the public, the IMPACT Series brings notable business executives, high-tech entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and intellectual leaders to the College. In fall 2011, they will come from industries as varied as health care, banking, and gaming.

They include Donna Hyland, president and CEO of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta; Bill Rogers, president and CEO of SunTrust Banks, and Paul Raines, CEO of Gamestop. For the full lineup, visit the IMPACT Website.
