MBA Students, Faculty Recognize Each Other for Excellence
College of Management faculty selected Nadeem Syed as Outstanding Full-time MBA Student of the Year.

As the 2009-2010 academic year came to a close, Georgia Tech MBA students took time to honor their peers and faculty members for their dedication and excellence.
In the Full-time MBA Program, Joshua Ginsberg was selected as Outstanding Second Year Student and Aaron Courtenay as Outstanding First Year MBA Student (awards voted on by their peers). The faculty named Nadeem Syed as Outstanding Full-time MBA Student.
Among Evening MBA students, Shannon Harlow and David Reynolds tied for Outstanding Student of the Year (an honor voted on by their peers). The faculty named Katherine Chiu as Outstanding Evening Student.
Full-time MBA students selected Samuel Bond, marketing assistant professor, as Core Professor of the Year; and Charles Mulford, accounting professor and Invesco chair holder, as Elective Professor of the Year.
Evening MBA students chose Deborah Turner, the A.J. and Lynne Land associate professor of accounting, as Core Professor of the Year; and Vinod Singhal, theAlfred F. and Patricia L. Knoll professor of operations management, as Elective Professor of the Year.
Undergraduate students selected Jim Turner, a lecturer in accounting, as the Professor of the Year.
