Georgia Tech College of Management held its Executive Education Alumni Recognition Dinner on May 12, honoring Pete Quinones with the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Award.

Quinones, who earned his Global Executive MBA from Georgia Tech in 2008, is president and CEO of MetroAtlanta Ambulance Service. With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Quinones currently serves as chairman of the Region III EMS Council for the State of Georgia Office of EMS and a member of the Georgia Governors Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.

Alumni Ambassadors of the College's Executive Education programs were also recognized at the event. These Ambassadors play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with the corporate world and spreading the word about all that the Huang Executive Education Center offers. In addition to the Global Executive MBA and Executive MBA in Management of Technology, the center offers a variety of public and customized non-degree programs.
