Proven tools for implementing the Define/Measure/Analyze/Improve/Control (DMAIC) methodology to a project.
A Green Belt or Black Belt Certification (upon completion of a post-course project).

April 20-22 for Applied Statistics for Six Sigma
May 11-14 for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
