Learn Change Management Skills through Georgia Tech Executive Education Course

Learn to lead change at all levels of your organization through the Applied Change Management: Effectively Implementing Change course offered by Georgia Tech College of Management's Huang Executive Education Center.

Registration is currently available for the May 18-19 course, which will teach you how to effectively plan, communicate, and implement major change initiatives.

You will learn to:

  • Develop an action plan for communicating and implementing a major change initiative.
  • Identify the key change management roles.
  • Clearly communicate roles and responsibilities to supervisors and subordinates.
  • Formulate effective strategies for overcoming resistance to change.
  • Design metrics and objectives that can measure progress.
  • Evaluate resources that can help effectively implement change.
