Learn to lead change at all levels of your organization through the Applied Change Management: Effectively Implementing Change course offered by Georgia Tech College of Management's Huang Executive Education Center.
Registration is currently available for the May 18-19 course, which will teach you how to effectively plan, communicate, and implement major change initiatives.
You will learn to:
Develop an action plan for communicating and implementing a major change initiative.
Identify the key change management roles.
Clearly communicate roles and responsibilities to supervisors and subordinates.
Formulate effective strategies for overcoming resistance to change.
Design metrics and objectives that can measure progress.
Evaluate resources that can help effectively implement change.
