Georgia Tech in Forbes Top 10 for Best Graduate Starting Salaries

Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business is ranked 8th nationally in Forbes' recent ranking of the "10 Best Business Schools for Salary."

This ranking, pertaining to the Undergraduate Program, lists the average starting salary for the Scheller College as $50,449.

Scheller College Faculty Widely Honored

Beril Toktay Named Holder of Brady Family Chair

Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business has named Beril Toktay, professor of operations management, as holder of the Brady Family Chair. "Beril is a preeminent scholar in the field of sustainable operations management," says Dean Steve Salbu.

"She is one of the pioneers in this research area, and her early work is frequently cited," he adds. "I'm so proud to count as a colleague a scholar of Beril's intellect, stature, accomplishments, and professional commitment."

Though freshman Janani Raj lives in a Coke town, she idolizes Indra Nooyi, the CEO of PepsiCo. "She comes from around the same area in India that I'm from," Raj says. "Knowing that someone from my background can be as successful as she is really motivates me. My goal is to become CEO of a Fortune 500 company, preferably Coke."
