The decision to enroll in an Evening MBA program shouldn't be difficult. It just takes planning and preparation.
The Evening MBA program enrolls twice per year, and begins in the spring (January) and fall (August). Priorty application deadlines are September 1 and May 1 respectively. View application requirements and additional deadlines
The admission process has two main parts, a complete application and an admission interview. You should expect to receive the admission decision within 4-6 weeks after your application is complete.
Application
Admission is a competitive process and we carefully review all facets of your application. Our goal is to provide an enriching academic environment. The information you include in your application assists our MBA Admissions Committee in evaluating your potential for success in graduate studies and as a business leader.
Work experience
While it's not required, we strongly recommend at least two to three years of professional work experience before starting the program. Students currently enrolled in the Evening MBA have an average of six years of work experience. In addition to more advanced contributions to the classroom, we believe that students who have professional work experience find the MBA more enriching professionally and personally.
Academic credentials
We welcome applicants with accredited bachelor's degrees from all academic backgrounds. While the MBA core courses move at a fast pace, they do not assume previous business coursework.
Before starting the program you must have completed a college-level calculus course from a regionally accredited college or university with a satisfactory grade of "C" or better. Applicants who do not meet the calculus requirement may be admitted with the provision they complete it prior to Orientation.
Are there any education prerequisites for the Evening MBA program?
Yes, a Bachelor's degree and a college-level calculus course with a grade of "C" or better.
What is the average GMAT score of applicants?
The average GMAT score of enrolled students is 612. The middle 80% range is 530-700.
Is minimum work experience required for acceptance?
No, but we strongly recommend at least two years of full-time, professional work experience after completion of the undergraduate degree.
Are applicants to the Evening MBA program required to interview?
Yes. Applicants are required to interview; interviews are scheduled on an invitation only basis.
