Workshops
A workshop series designed to provide teams with information and support in the development of their venture plans has been organized for the 2013 Competition. All workshops (Fall and Sprong series) will be held in the Scheller College of Business, Room 102. All sessions begin at 6:00 PM and will end about 7:30 PM. Food and drinks are provided. The location for the Spring workshops will be determined later based on room availability.
The workshops are very informal with plenty of opportunity for Q&A and individual contact with the invited speakers. The Fall Workshop Series Will Focus on Business Model Discovery and will be lead by Georgia Tech VentureLab. Workshop training materials will be provided by the NSF I-Corp program. Fall and Spring workshop attendance is optional for 2013 BPC participants but recommended for those students who have not taken or are currenbtly enrolled in an entreprneurship course. Several Fall workshops will be held on Tuesday evenings. All other workshops will be held on Wednesday evenings. The Spring workshop series will be focused on How to Pitch to Investors and be be largely taught by local investors and the Atlanta Technology Angels (ATA).
The current schedule is as follows. Whenever possible, presentations and handouts that are amenable to being digitized will be available on this website for downloading.
