William Thomas joined the IT Services team in August of 2009, bringing with him 15 years experience in desktop support, network and server administration. William began his career as a field technician where he worked on projects for small businesses, and IT consulting firms. He later went on to LAN\WAN administration positions for companies like TMP Worldwide, Verizon Avenue, and Lennox International.
William is responsible for the back office services provided by IT Services for College of Management. This includes, but is not limited to, network infrastructure, MS Exchange administration, and network security.
