Biography

Michael joined the College of Management IT Services team in August 2010.  He made the transition from GFX International (retail communications solutions provider), where he served as the Director of IT Services and IT Project Management. 

Michael has been responsible for all activities under the IT Operations umbrella as well as the IT Development lifecycle.  His expertise includes Process Improvement, Project / Program Management, Rapid Technology Adoption, Business Transformation, and Complex Procurement.  With more than 10 years of IT Management experience, Michael serves the business school with a “Customer 1st”, “Do more with less”, “Do whatever it takes to get it done right” attitude.
