Avis manages the Dean’s suite reception area, where visitors and guests to the College are greeted. She assists in the in-processing of new personnel in the College and serves as the assistant to the Senior Associate Dean. She also works with the College’s recruitment efforts, expense processing, the VISA international process, trains student assistants in the Dean’s suite, and assists in other areas where needed.

Avis completed her B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University and she is currently pursuing her M.S. in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. Before joining the College, Avis was with AT&T where customer service was her passion.
