James joined the IT Services team 2006.  He currently manages the IT help desk, including phone, email, walk-ins, and web requests.  He also maintains, evolves, and builds new PCs to specifications. 

His previous experience includes providing technical services to Georgia Tech's School of Chemical and Bimolecular Engineering (ChBE) and UGA’s Office of Disability Services.
