Deborah Bursa joined the IT Services team in May of 2008, bringing 20 years experience in business analysis, project management, and strategic planning.  Deborah began her career at IBM where she worked on projects in the federal systems, small business, and IT consulting divisions.  She later went on to IT and planning positions at a logistics software company and at American InterContinental University. 

Deborah, who is an Industrial Engineering graduate of Auburn and an MSM graduate of Georgia Tech, is responsible for implementing and supporting the Customer Relationship Management software used within the College of Management.
