Joseph Ambrosetti joined the Scheller College of Business as Assistant Dean of Executive Education in July 2014. In this role, Ambrosetti has overall responsibility for Scheller’s Executive MBA Program, which offers specialized MBAs in Management of Technology and Global Business.
Prior to his appointment at Georgia Tech, Joe was Executive Director at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. His responsibilities at Cornell focused on managing the overall success of the Cornell Executive MBA program, located in Metro NYC.
Before moving to academia, Ambrosetti had an extensive career in the healthcare, aerospace & Industrial Gas Turbine industry, spending 12 years in client-facing and business development roles engaging global firms, including Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Engines, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH.
Ambrosetti earned his Master of Business Administration from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and holds a BS in Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
