Joseph enrolled in the Organizational Behavior PhD program in 2011.
His research interests include justice and person-organization fit.

Before attending Georgia Tech, Joseph worked as a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP
and is a certified public accountant in Florida.

Joseph earned a Master and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
