Cindy P. Zapata is an assistant professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, and earned her B. S. in Psychology from the University of Florida. Her research interests include organizational justice and trust, particularly in the context of supervisor-employee relationships, as well as research in the area of individual differences. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, among others. In addition, she has been awarded with an outstanding reviewer award from the Academy of Management Journal (2012) as well as a best field-based paper award from the Academy of Management’s Conflict Management Division (2010).
