Brian W. Swider, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. His research interests include selection interviews, employee withdrawal and turnover, recruitment, and personality. His work appears in such journals as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Corporate Reputation Review.
