Dr. Benjamin Herndon conducts research in the areas of knowledge transfer and social cognition. His work has been published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Organization Science, and he served on the board of the Interdisciplinary Network For Group Research (INGRoup). Prior to his PhD, he worked for nine years in the private sector as a technologist for such organizations as AT&T Outsourcing, the Belo Media Group and the Library of Congress.
