While at Georgia Tech, Professor Philip Adler, Jr. concurrently served as Clinical Associate Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine, Emory University School of Medicine. He has published in such diverse journals as the Sloan Management Review and the Journal of Rehabilitation. He has served as the Senior Consulting Editor for the Journal of Business Research.

Dr. Adler has been a management development lecturer and consultant for numerous organizations. He served as an organization advisor to the White House Press Office and the Office of Management and Budget during the Carter Administration. His specialties include management theory, personnel management, organizational structure design, and research and development-high tech program management.

Dr. Adler is a retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Colonel.
