2015 Faculty of the Year Awards

Please fill out the form below to cast your votes for the Scheller College of Business Faculty of the Year Awards.

There are five Faculty of the Year Categories:

  1. Professor of the Year - Core Business Courses
  2. Professor of the Year - Elective Business Courses
  3. Lecturer of the Year - Core Business Courses
  4. Lecturer of the Year - Elective Business Courses
  5. Ph.D. Candidate of the Year
Voting Guidelines
Voting is only allowed from current Scheller College of Business undergraduate students. 
Voting is based on faculty who taught during the 2014 - 2015 academic year and are currently employed by the Scheller College of Business. 
Undergraduate students may submit one vote per category. If a student votes more than one, only the first vote will be counted.
Voting ends on Friday, March 27 at 4pm. 

Past Faculty of the Year award recipients will not be eligible for the Faculty of the Year awards for the three years following winning the award. Past winners include the following faculty: 

  • Bob Burgess
  • Seletha Butler
  • Michael Cummins
  • Kerry Gibson
  • Dong Liu
  • Charles Parsons
  • Arnold Rubinoff
  • Debby Turner
  • Jim Turner

Professor of the Year - Core Business Courses

These individuals are tenured or tenured track faculty who taught a core business requirement during the past academic year.

Professor of the Year - Elective Business Courses

These individuals are tenured or tenured track faculty who taught an elective business course (such as a concentration elective) during the past academic year.

Lecturer of the Year - Core Business Courses

These individuals are lecturers who taught a core business requirement during the past academic year.

Lecturer of the Year - Elective Business Courses

These individuals are lecturers who taught an elective business course (such as a concentration elective) during the past academic year.

Ph.D. Candidate of the Year

These individuals are Ph.D. Candidates in the Scheller College of Business who teach undergraduate business courses.
